Step 1 — Start Clean
Begin with clean, dry lashes. Remove any makeup or oils from the eye area before application.

Step 2 — Apply at the Root
Using the mascara wand, gently place the brush at the base of your upper lashes and sweep upward toward the tips.

Step 3 — Build Your Look
Apply 1 coat for natural definition and length. For added volume and intensity, allow the first coat to set briefly before applying a second or third coat.

Step 4 — Define & Separate
Use the tip of the wand to reach smaller lashes and lightly separate any lashes that need extra definition. Avoid repeatedly pumping the wand in and out of the tube, as this can introduce air and contribute to drying.

Step 5 — Remove at the End of the Day
Although the formula is designed for long-lasting, waterproof wear, gently remove your mascara before bed using a suitable eye makeup remover. Avoid rubbing or pulling at the lashes.

Keep your mascara tightly closed when not in use and store it in a cool, dry place away from excessive heat and direct sunlight. Always wash your hands before applying eye makeup and avoid sharing your mascara or applicator with anyone else. Never add water or saliva to dried mascara, as this can introduce microorganisms into the product.

For eye-area safety, avoid using the mascara if you have an eye infection or irritation around the eyes. If irritation occurs while using the product, discontinue use; if irritation persists, seek appropriate medical advice.

Mascara is an eye-area cosmetic with a relatively short useful life. FDA notes that manufacturers commonly recommend replacing mascara within approximately 2–4 months, while some guidance specifically recommends discarding it after three months. Follow the product's own packaging instructions if a different period is provided.

For best application, keep the wand and tube opening clean, close the tube securely after every use, and discard the product if you notice a significant change in smell, colour, texture, or if the mascara becomes dry. Never try to revive dried mascara with water or saliva.

Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products.

If your item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will resolve this as quickly as possible by offering a replacement or refund.

International Orders

We do not cover return shipping costs for international orders unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees and customs charges.
